Terms of service

Users (as defined in Article 1) are required to read the full text of these Terms of Service (as defined in Article 1) and agree to them before using the service. These Terms correspond to the "Standard Terms and Conditions" as stipulated in Article 548-2 of the Civil Code of Japan.

Article 1. Definitions

  1. Agreement: Agreement on the use of the store.
  2. Basic Service: Mail-order services provided by us through the Internet.
  3. Purchasers: A person who offers to purchase goods according to our prescribed procedures after accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  4. User: Collectively refers to persons who retrieve, view, or use Content (images, text, designs, etc.) provided through the Basic Service.

Article 2. Application of Agreement

By starting to use the Basic Service, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Article 3. Changes to This Agreement

We may amend this Agreement as necessary. We will notify Users of amendments and their effective dates in advance via our website.

Article 4. Commodity Purchases

  • A purchase contract is concluded when our confirmation reaches the User after the User applies for a purchase.
  • We may cancel the contract in case of wrongful or inappropriate acts.
  • Minors may not make purchases without the prior consent of a legal representative.

Article 5. Changes to Registered Information

Purchasers must promptly notify us of any changes to their registered information. Transactions processed before such notification will be based on the prior information.

Article 6. Payment

  1. The payment amount includes the sales price, consumption tax, delivery charges, and commissions.
  2. Any disputes with payment companies must be resolved between the Purchaser and the payment company.

Article 7. Returns

Returns are handled according to the "Special Provisions on Returns" in the Legal Notice and our Refund Policy.

Article 8. Handling of Personal Information

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 9. Prohibitions

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts or acts that are likely to fall under any of the following in using this Service:

  1. Violation of Laws or Public Order: Acts that violate laws, court rulings, or public order and morals.
  2. Infringement of Rights: Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, etc.), portrait rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights or interests of the Company or third parties.
  3. Disadvantage to Others: Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other Users, third parties, or the Company.
  4. Interference with Operations: Acts that hinder the operation of this Service or damage the Company's credibility (including repeated excessive returns, excessive demands beyond a reasonable range to customer support, or defamation on social media).
  5. Resale and Commercial Use: Acts of purchasing products through this Service for the purpose of resale or other commercial purposes.
  6. Unauthorized Access and Impersonation: Acts of using another person's email address or password without authorization, or impersonating a third party to use this Service.
  7. Unauthorized Use of Content: Acts of reproducing, reprinting, publishing, or distributing Content (product images, text, etc.) obtained through this Service beyond the scope of personal use.
  8. Providing Benefits to Anti-social Forces: Acts of providing benefits to anti-social forces or similar acts.
  9. Other Inappropriate Acts: Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 10. Disclaimers

  • We accept no liability for damage caused to third parties by a User's breach of this Agreement.
  • Except where the Consumer Contract Act applies, we assume no obligation to compensate for damages arising from the use of the Basic Service.
  • If a Purchaser fails to receive goods, we fulfill our delivery obligation by shipping to the registered address.

Article 11. Copyrights and Intellectual Property Rights

All Content belongs to us or authorized third parties. Infringement issues must be resolved at the User's responsibility and cost.

Article 12. Applicable Legislation

This Agreement is subject to the laws of Japan.

Article 13. Court of Jurisdiction

  1. Consultation: In the event of any dispute arising between the User and the Company in connection with this Service, both parties shall strive to resolve it promptly through consultation in good faith.
  2. Jurisdiction: If a dispute cannot be resolved through consultation and the need for litigation arises, the User agrees in advance that the Osaka District Court, which is the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office, shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first instance.
