Shipping
Shipment Process
- We will arrange for shipment promptly after your order is placed.
- Items are generally shipped within 7 days of order completion.
- Once the shipment is complete, we will notify you of the tracking number via email.
- For pre-order or made-to-order items, shipment will be based on the schedule stated on each product page.
Shipping Carrier
- Delivery will be handled by Yamato Transport.
- Please note that we cannot accept requests for specific shipping carriers.
Shipping Fees
- For orders of 33,000 JPY (tax included) or more: Free shipping.
- For orders under 33,000 JPY (tax included): Flat rate of 1,500 JPY (tax included) nationwide.
* Additional shipping fees may apply to isolated islands and certain areas.
Delivery Date and Time Specification
If you have a preferred delivery date or time, please specify it in the remarks column at the time of order, or contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Long-term Absence and Refusal of Receipt
- According to carrier regulations, the storage period for packages is approximately 7 days after shipment.
- If the storage period expires, the package will be returned to our store. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and handling fees.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping services at this time.
Store Pickup
You can pick up your order directly at our store.
Fees
There are no shipping or handling fees for store pickup.

Ready-for-Pickup Notification
We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready. Please visit the store after receiving this email.
If the item is in stock, your order will typically be ready within 24 hours.
Pickup Deadline
Please pick up your order within one week of the ready-for-pickup notification.
Orders not collected by the deadline will be canceled.
What to Bring
Please provide a staff member with your order number and the name on the order. You can find your order number in either your order confirmation email or your ready-for-pickup notification email.
