While we do not provide specialized gift-wrapping services, we can provide simple packaging. If you would like this option, please mention it in the "Notes" section when placing your order.

At CE by VELVET, we order our products directly from domestic and international brands. All items are 100% authentic, so you can shop with confidence.

Shipping is a flat rate of ¥1,500 (tax included) nationwide. We offer free shipping for orders over ¥33,000 (tax included) per transaction. For more details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Orders are typically delivered within approximately 3 days, though it may take up to 7 days in some cases.
We will contact you if there is a significant delay, but please let us know if you are in a hurry.

If you have a preferred delivery date, please specify it in the "Order Notes" section, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. For specific timing, please check the shipping confirmation email we send once your order has been dispatched.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

We accept returns within one week of delivery, provided the item is unused and all accessories are included.
*Please note that sale items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email first. When returning the item, ensure that the original box and all accessories are included. We will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
* Please be aware that we cannot offer refunds if tags have been removed or if the item shows signs of wear, dirt, or damage.
