1. Sales Price and Shipping Fee

Prices are as displayed (inclusive of consumption tax).
Shipping fees are charged separately. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.
No shipping fees apply when you select store pickup.
Inventory is shared with our physical store. In the event of a stockout due to a timing difference in sales, your order may be cancelled.

Credit Cards and Digital Wallets: Payment is processed at the time of order.
* The actual withdrawal date depends on your credit card company's regulations.

We will arrange for shipment after the order is placed. Items are generally shipped within 7 days.
A tracking number will be sent to the customer after shipment.

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours of being placed.
Please visit the store to collect your order within one week of receiving the ready-for-pickup notification.

* If your order is not picked up within the deadline, it will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

For returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, please contact us via email within 7 days of arrival. Items must be returned at the customer's expense.
Refunds will be processed after inspection. Items with removed tags, stains, or damage are not eligible for refunds.
Please return items in their original packaging.
Discounted items are non-returnable.
In case of shipping errors by our company, please return the item via cash-on-delivery.
