1. Sales Price and Shipping Fee

  • No shipping fees apply when you select store pickup.
  • Inventory is shared with our physical store. In the event of a stockout due to a timing difference in sales, your order may be cancelled.

3. Delivery Period

Shipping

  • We will arrange for shipment after the order is placed. Items are generally shipped within 7 days.
  • A tracking number will be sent to the customer after shipment.

Store Pickup

  • Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours of being placed.
  • Please visit the store to collect your order within one week of receiving the ready-for-pickup notification.

* If your order is not picked up within the deadline, it will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • For returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, please contact us via email within 7 days of arrival. Items must be returned at the customer's expense.
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection. Items with removed tags, stains, or damage are not eligible for refunds.
  • Please return items in their original packaging.
  • Discounted items are non-returnable.
  • In case of shipping errors by our company, please return the item via cash-on-delivery.
