Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us via our inquiry form within 7 days of the item's arrival.
Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience
- We accept returns and exchanges only if we are contacted within 7 days of the item's arrival.
- Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.
- After inspection, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Items that have been in your possession for 8 days or more since arrival.
- Items that have already been used, altered, washed, or cleaned.
- Items with lost, damaged, or detached tags, labels, or accessories.
- Items that have been soiled, scratched, or have picked up odors (perfume, makeup, cigarettes, etc.) while in the customer's possession.
- Items with lost or damaged original packaging (bags, boxes).
- Sale items, outlet items, or pre-order items.
Returns and Exchanges due to Defective or Incorrect Items
- We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products. However, if an item arrives damaged or soiled, or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange or accept a return.
- In such cases, we will bear the shipping costs. Please return the item via cash-on-delivery (at our expense).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item arrives and passes inspection.
- For payments made via credit card or digital wallet, we will cancel the transaction or issue a credit. Depending on the closing date, the refund may appear in the following month's statement.
- For payments made via bank transfer or convenience store, we will refund to your designated account. For returns due to customer convenience, the refund will be the amount minus the transfer fee.
